Worked great for 2.5 years then it died. It might be the control board which costs about $100. I'm not sure I want to put $100 into this and risk having it die again, losing more food. I have owned several refrigerators over the years and none of them quit working.

    This is a worthless refrigerator. It is the second one we have as they had to replace the first one after it quit several times. It would quit working, we would call and they would locate one of their repair people who would come weeks later. Finially they replace it with this one that they claimed was an improved version of the original, looks the same. Now about a year and a 1/2 later, this one quit. This is the 4th time we have lost food and Frigidaire makes you use their repairmen which takes weeks. Last time Home depot provided us with a loaner to hold is over. Electrolux now owns Frigidaire and they have the worst service I have experienced.b

      After a long search and keeping our budget in mind, we just purchased this cute, small retro looking refrigerator for a tiny galley kitchen space when recently updating a 74 yr. old unit. It seems to be just the right size for the space and has received many compliments! We like the glass shelves and love the look.

      started out great...now there are minor problems
      i have used this fridge for about a month now. it started out very quiet. now there's a bit of rattling. there's also frost on the freezer door (top center). don't know what's up.

      Excellent Fridge
      We were looking for a smaller refrigerator to sneak in underneath one of our cabinets and free up space elsewhere. This fridge has been an excellent choice. It's quiet, effective and quick to cool off, probably because there isn't much space to cool. It's quite attractive, too, with nice understated design touches. The under carriage wheels made it a breeze for me to wrestle it into place and the cord is long enough without being burdensome. I would have preferred more temperature selections (a digital control allows for five in the fridge with a separate dial in the freezer) but if it keeps stuff uniformly cold, I can't complain about that. The glass shelves are well designed and sturdy. My only real quibble is that the crisper drawers just sit in the bottom of the unit – they aren't on rails. If nothing else, that should make them easy to remove and clean. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

            I've had this product about since July, 2017 and it just stopped working a few days ago. This is an extra fridge/freezer, so I don't go in it every day. Anyway, I am not throwing away lots of food. A complete waste of money. A refrigerator should last more than 1 1/2 years. Ridiculous! I'm currently on hold with HD to look into the extended warranty for this thing. Great....

              The worst refrigerator ever. The repairman told me that. I bought it in Nov 17 and had to have it fixed 8 months later. It took 4 weeks to get the part and LAR service company in Woburn, Mass was rude, non-responsive and inept. The second time they came out last week, the technician rendered the frig unable to be fixed. Then he forgot to send in the report. It's been another 2 weeks as of this writing. I called Frigidaire and they haven't gotten back to me regarding the report and the replacement of the frig. I am forced to buy another

                Doesn’t work after 3 years
                We bought this fridge brand new about 3 years ago. No problems until about 2 months ago. It stopped cooling completely. I would unplug it then plug it back in, then it would work again. After 2 weeks it started working normal again. Now 2 months later it’s back to not working properly. Hasn’t turned on for 2 days even after I have tried unplugging/plugging again. Had someone come look at it and said it’s the wiring. Will need to purchase a new fridge since the seal on back can’t be replaced one removed.

                  I had it for 3 years the design is prefect and they made use of every inch available but after 2 year it stopped cooling all of a sudden then it start working the next day it did it to us 4 times but 3 days ago it did the same thing stopped cooling then start working for couple of hours now then back to not cooling for past two days

                    Only had it for 3 years and it died this morning. It only had a one year warranty but surely a major appliance should last longer than 3 years? No wonder it's discontinued. Frigidaire seems to be responsive to 1 star reviews on this product, providing the customer support number, so I'll be calling to see what can be done and will update this review accordingly.

                      Perfect for our Small Space
                      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator finishes our basement snack bar. It fits snuggly into that space however we had to change the swing of the doors to make the placement work. That change was relatively easy to do. One note: it does not come with ice cube trays (a cheap fix). The refrigerator does everything we expected.

                          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for a rental unit on my property. The prior fridge was not frost-free, although it was only 9 years old and worked fine. When I found out I could replace it for a very reasonable price and do an upgrade for my tenant, I was all in. I am happy and the tenant is thrilled to have a frost free fridge with a freezer bigger than the prior unit. I had a 24" width limitation and this fits the space perfectly.

                            Keeps things really cold
                            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the space in the compartments, but the refrigerator got warm once and is still being serviced- the parts are cheap plastic, and the design of the fridge causes the air tube which cools the refrigerator to clog with ice and has already damaged the fan motor. I am not sure it will last: I'm glad I bought an extended warranty!

                              Problem from the start
                              Sorry to say that on the day our refrigerator was delivered and plugged in, I heard what I thought was a neighbor grinding up tree branched. Turns out it was our new refrigerator. When I checked it out, about 6 hours after set up, I found the freezer was coated with icicles and frozen sides and bottom. This was before we had even put anything in it. Repairman is coming out tomorrow to look at it. Pretty disappointing since the refrigerator we replaced lasted 34 years.

The unit is hot on the bottom and barely cold on the top. The "Frigidaire", service line does not care about the severity of this and I have medicine to place into this refrigerator every day. Home Depot, where it was bought, even gave me the incorrect number to call for service. Do not buy this unit , it is no good. They would not even listen to my please for the replacement of all the food that spoiled and the medicine that had to be thrown out.

                                        All I like about this refrigerator is that it fits in the only space that I had for one. Being that most appliance stores do not carry smaller refrigerators. My only choice was to purchase online. It is so poorly designed!!!! Unfortunately, the top freezer is so low that you have to bend way down to see what is in the refrigerator. Especially on the back of the shelves. The light fixture blocks the whole middle of the top shelf. You can only put gallons or tall bottles on the side of the top shelf and short items in the middle of it. The door shelves are not adjustable. The middle door shelf is deep enough for gallons, but that blocks you from seeing whats on the bottom shelf. I would not buy this refrigerator again, nor will I purchase one that I haven't seen in person.
