This product has saved us time and money. At our remote building's rainwater collection system, we run this pump from our truck battery. At the house garden, we attach it directly to the battery array powered by our solar panels. It has replaced doing the job of watering the gardens by watering can and we can use our rainwater collection systems efficiently.

Works great, no complaints.

Solid metal impeller head, but way too small for decent output. Ok for low volume pumping.

Pump is well built. Heavier than expected. I only gave 4 stars because of packaging. This pump had obviously been used / returned as it was not secure inside the box which wasn’t sealed.

Nice pump fair price.Use on front end loader to pump water out of the bucket.

I am using it to power a shower off the grid and it is doing a fine job on a golf cart battery.

Used to pump water to garden from pond. Works great.

Performed as promised. Able to empty 55gal. rain barrel with ease. This set-up allowed my Dad to water cemetery plot in West Texas whenever needed. Will even provide enough pressure to operate sprinkler. He is proud of his watering system and enjoys showing it off to his Buddies.

I use it to pump water from my 65 gal tank I haul in the bed of my sxs. Screwed it to a plank and securely attached the on off button 2 it. Electric clamps directly to the quick connect 12v studs I mounted under the dash. Works great.

This pump was used to transfer water from a tank in the pickup to the travel trailer on our trip to Alaska. Plenty of dry camps where we needed the extra capacity and the pump worked well.

Using this product as a primer for a larger pump. Works quite well for this purpose as it is on a work barge a little slow and quite noisy but overall very satisfied.

We use it at the fire department to pump out hydrants that don't drain. Works well.

Easy operation

Does a great job of moving liquids. Only problem was switch broke but I took it apart and repaired it. Pump does what I bought it for.

Volume pumped was pretty close to Specs. Lift water 10' for 30 feet which is what I needed.

This pump would not lift water 5ft up and would not self prime

Pump did not work at all. Very disappioneted. Will not buy again unless made right by Home Depot.

I purchased this transfer pump to supply a portable spray applicator on my truck with liquid de-icer. It is a perfect fit! Responsive, self priming, low noise, with plenty of output for heavier liquids.

Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I haven't used it yet. I'm going by appearance only. Appears to be built well enough for its intended purpose. These are for pumping WATER ONLY! I like the on/off switch on the power cord (one of the main reasons I bought it over others out there). Impeller is rubber which I think is standard for small inexpensive pumps and an extra impeller is included in a minimal parts kit . I can understand why you'd wanna prime it with vegetable oil or water prior to turning it on. If the impeller spins with no liquid in it I can see that it would "melt" in short order if you were attempting to draft from a long distance away. Though advertised as "self-priming", and a YouTube video shows a guy using one without priming it first, I wonder how long his pump has lasted if that's SOP for him. Before I prime it however, I'll spray Silicone into the impeller both before and after using it to prolong its life. Again, because I haven't used it yet, I'm reluctant to "recommend" it. I've seen negative reviews on this pump but I can't help but wonder if it's because the owner neglected to prime it as I recommend or failed to take care of it or use it properly. I contacted the company to ask what the smallest size battery they recommended to power it and their reply was 75 amps (includes starting amp load). Looking into whether a motorcycle battery will power it and for how long. These are small pumps that are not designed to run for hours non-stop. Though this pump has a cooling fan in it, you'll probably ruin it and/or the impeller if you're pumping for hours on a hot summer day or the water you're pumping is hot, like if you're draining really hot water from your hot water tank. Planning on making a wood storage box for pump and battery to consolidate everything so I'm not confined to connect to a vehicle or haul a big heavy battery to where I want to use it. I also bought a small SureFlow filter (through Amazon) to help keep sediment from damaging the rubber impeller. You'll have to go to Home Depot to purchase the proper fittings to accommodate a filter. I'll post an update after I eventually use it. Lastly, DON'T RUN ANY PUMP DRY that has a rubber impeller and DON'T walk off while it's running thinking you'll be back in a few minutes....especially if you have A.D.D!

Very pleased with the pump , works good muddy water and is very easy to assemble

This product is very light and portable and it does what its suppose to do. I love it that I can take it anywhere. The only thing I recommend is to lay it on the ground level when using it.
