Can not say much because with out all parts can not be hooked up

I use this cooler in the kitchen next to the refrigerator. They have matching handles which make them appealing. The cooler has been quiet and saves space in the refrigerator. Wine storage is great and served with dinner daily. Great for saving energy and keeping wine at a comfortable temperature. Unlike coolers with a compressor. The purchase cost was excellent. The cooler was purchased in 2018. The cooler is stored in rolling cart with an open back for air circulation.

I was so thrilled with my 12 bottle refurbished wine fridge, I bought another. Here are a few key points to consider: - aesthetically pleasing stainless steel - LED steady temp control - most importantly the units MAKE NO NOISE WHATSOEVER

I was very happy to receive the product however when I opened the box there was a dent on the front door. The box it arrived in had not indication it was dropped or damaged. I contacted NewAir who then said contact Home Depot...... In the end we decided to live with the dent vs considerable challenge that resulted to replace or fix it. It is clear service is a lost art these days.

When I received the NewAir AW-121E 12-Bottle Wine Cooler (for review purposes) I was surprised by how little I had to do to get it up and running. The only assembly was putting on the handle and the screws & washers came included. After that all I had to do was choose the temperature and put in my bottles. I've found it to be the perfect cooler and storage for all of my bottles, not just wine. Heck, I even use it for my coffee creamer! I love it and can highly recommend it. I am especially fond of the blue interior light. It adds a beautiful glow, allowing you to see inside without disrupting the internal temperature.

I had the exact same experience as prior reviewer. Wine cooler ceased functioning around the four-year mark. Began with incessant beeping and within a day or two completely stopped chilling. Contacted the company to see if it could by repaired and they sent me a replacement part costing around $30. The instructions were five sentences and proved to be entirely inadequate I learned after dismantling the refrigerator. After many phone calls at my initiation (their Customer Service never returns calls) to try and obtain better instructions I finally gave up and asked for a refund for the part. For the record, they did send an email with further instructions (about three sentences) but it in no way helped resolve the issue. The part is not easily replaceable by an average customer even though they lead you to believe it is. I never received a refund so I ended up paying additional money for garbage. If you care about the environment, I would not recommend purchasing NewAir products.

We bought this product to keep bottled water upstairs. It is only 4 years old and has recently started beeping all the time. When I called they said the unit was discontinued. They offer no recourse on a repair and no real support. You have to guess what's wrong with it and hope the parts you order will fix it.

Nothing is perfect. So when I had a small issue with my humidor after my warrantee was over Newair replaced a part at no charge but needed to pay the postage. So when I called to give them my credit card Michelle Jacobs was my customer service rep. But when Michelle processed my card the computer inadvertently charged for the part AND the postage. Poor Michelle worked patiently to reverse the charges and fix the issue. She is a trooper. I can't praise her enough. She is a true asset to Newair.

Bought this wine cooler to ensure the couple bottles of wine I have are stored at optimal temperature. Love the design and size that fits nicely into small spaces. Noise level is low so it doesn't disturb. Customer service was very helpful when the LED had to be replaced.

This is a very functional wine cooler, keeps all of my wine very cold. I would definitely reccomend this wine cooler to anyone. It also fits into very tight places that are accessable.

I have had this for a few years and was working great until I had an issue with the thermostat. I called customer support and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement. Looking forward to being able to have a full wine fridge again!

arrived fairly quickly (5 days Cal. to NY) Looks brand new. No noticeable blemishes at all. After a clean out plugged in and got to tempurature in about 30 minutes. Totally happy with purchase

This wine cooler is nice and looks great . It looks sharp in my bar area and cools my wine to the perfect temperature. I really like my new wine cooler.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and still can't get the company to send a leg. Have talked to 3 different people and everyone promises to send it but never does.

Sorely disappointed that it would not fit under our cabinet that is 18” clearance. All the information relative to dimensions is inaccurate. It is 18 1/2 inches top to bottom NOT 17 1/2 as advertised. And yes the legs do screw off, but it is no designed to sit on its base. It’s reall disappointing when information like this in not correct. Now I have to load this up and take it back to Home Depot.

Delivery was fast and the product performs exactly as I hoped.

I have purchased a total of FOUR units due to the exacting of spacial limitations for a wine fridge. THREE of the FOUR units have lasted less than two years (2 less than a year). I can only assume that this why they have "blemished" units with NO warranty. Now the units are not available in my home state - California : ( I would kindly recommend that you - - STAY AWAY ! ! !

This wine cooler is a perfect size and good value for the money. We love it.

Great purchase

It really meets my needs.

Thought I’d upgrade from a cooler I bought in 2004. But when this one arrived I was a little disappointed tbh. The racks are too small for standard sized bottles of wine and overall construction just appeared cheap. I gifted this one to my 24 yr old nephew & kept my old one

So far so good. It holds the 55º set point through an ambient temperature of 81º in a low humidity region (southwest). The fas seems to always be on which is a concern for how long that is possible without failure but all is well.
