They work well, they actually do pull moisture out of the air and odors as well.

Great price for a great product!

It obsorbs moisture because you have to empty water out of the bowl every few days or so but it's not the most strong citrus smell. I think you'll require a few of these to get a good smell. I used this in conjunction with Lysol and the ordor in the basement seemed to go away some.

If your goal is to purchase a product that absorbs a quart of moisture from the air with a need for weekly replacement then this product will be the ticket for you! If on the other hand, you have been lured in by the beautiful images of oranges and dreams of a strong or enduring citrus scent that might spread throughout the room to eliminate or at least mask dingy or musty odors then run from this item as fast as your legs will allow. Within 2 days this item was saturated with water and the weak fake citrus scent could not be picked up unless your nose was within 6 inches of the container. There are a lot of good air freshening products on here but sadly this is not one of them...

This does what it says it does: it absorbs odors very effectively. I put one next to my litter box and I no longer gag every time I walk into the utility room. The citrus smell is a bit strong initially, but if your litter box isn't in a main living space you won't notice the strong orange odor. I found that it was very effective for the length of time claimed on the label: it took care of litter box smell very well for about 6 weeks, and by 8 weeks it needed to be replaced. Not gagging every time I go into the utility room makes it worth every penny.

This works moderately well, has a pleasant smell and is super easy to use. You just peel off the protective paper and set it anywhere in the room. It takes a day or two to notice any effect, but it does absorb odors AND it absorbs moisture, which can prevent mold and associated odors. It seems to work better in moist environments like our basement. There, I noticed the orange scent within a few hours. Upstairs where it is not so moist, it took two days to detect any scent. The canister is about five inches in diameter by three-and-a-half inches high. For its size and low cost it does a good job. From my observations I think this is best used in basements to prevent mold odors and absorb moisture. I also put one on the back porch where guests smoke. It did not mask or remove the smoke odors at all as far as I can tell. In the basement though, it really does help. The scent is light, not overpowering like some other deodorizers I've tried. So you could use it in the laundry room, kitchen or bathrooms too. It leaves a nice clean fresh aroma without cloying at your olfactory senses.

This is a product that I would continue to purchase from now on not only the fragrance is not overwhelming it's lite and summery. it goes anywhere and remove any and all odors. I have pets and this was a great help I did not have to have two or three of them one was sufficient. Easy to use all you had to do was remove the inside of the screw on top and you done you can place it anywhere you want.

This Citrus Magic 12.8 oz. Fresh Citrus Triple Action Moisture and Odor Absorber it is an excellent product to have around your house or your office!! We put one of this citrus magic in our basement do to moisture and some times musky odor and it worked just fine. We like the fresh citrus smell of it, and It giving this fresh feeling of oranges in our basement anytime you walk in. It looks good and works even better.

I didn't expect the scent to be so strong. When I saw that it was a citrus scent I thought it would be a light and refreshing smell. I was wrong. I used it in a corner of my basement where I have a lot of moisture near my washing machine, so the room is a good size. I ended up having to put this outside because the smell was too much. Perhaps if it was just an orange smell it wouldn't have been as bad. All in all, it was way too overpowering for me to even use the product.

I will have to buy a few dozen of these. My basement closets are quite damp, though I've never seen actual water in there... and mold, I've got mold in one spot that isn't enclosed, but the damp-rid and this citrus absorbent product seems to be keeping the worst of it at bay. At the moment, I'm trying the new Citrus moisture and odor absorber, and like that it smells nice as well; the closet is very nice, except for the dampness, and these products do help a lot! I might start buying it by the case!

I have this in my bathroom and it does a great job of absorbing odor and moisture. The fresh citrus scent is very appealing yet not overpowering. I can get used to using this product :)

I've used several similar products within our Master Bedroom Closet. Using this product is simple to use. Remove the wrapping and seal, and place it at a location you want. Initially the scent is a bit strong, but not overpowering, and somewhat pleasant. It does a great job of providing a scent within an area. The moisture absorber is an added plus. Great product, highly recommended.

Works good, pleasant aroma we use it around the cat's litter box helps lot.

I have a side pantry where we keep the trash bin and it can get smelly in there, so I put this citrus magic and let it do its job and it's really helping mask the smells from the pantry!

When I opened up the Citrus Magic Moisture and Odor Absorber, the citrus scent was overwhelming. I followed the instructions for setting up the unit and had planned to use it in our bathroom, but even tucked away in the cabinet under the sink the smell was overpowering. I ended up moving the unit down to the basement. I simply could not abide the power of the scent; it gave me a headache. My adult daughter experienced the same reaction.

The smell is amazing and it covers up the other odors pretty good. I like that it is also a good size and the container fits nicely with my kitchen decor

The only reason why this did not receive higher marks, is that it does not hang in the closet. You have to sit it on a shelf. If your like my wife, shelf space is a premium. Where as it is much easier to hang a moisture collector than sit on a shelf. Other than that this was a very good product.

My small laundry room always has a musty odor, I have been trying different products to see if I can get rid of the smell. This worked without being overbearing. The smell is a pleasant citrus but very much so a background smell, BUT the musty odor is gone!! Yeah!! Success!!! All you do is remove the cover and place it in the room, easy and effective!!

Fresh Citrus comes in a small circular container and has a powerful citrus scent that does the job of refreshing the air. I have to get more of these to put upstairs and downstairs.
