I managed to make 4 cuts and the box broke on the 5th one. The saw does not fit well into the slots and had a tendency to bind a lot. Don't waste your time or money on this.

It made cutting the frame for my art work so much easier and I was able to angle my 5.5 in board so I was able to get a straight cut. I was surprised it was faster cutting by hand than with my dremel

Easy to use, and gave my precise cuts, that I couldn't have otherwise gotten on my own. I used it to make my own frame for an art piece.

For the price I wasn’t expecting much but this miter box and saw exceeded my expectations. So far I have completed two small projects with it and the box an saw are holding up great. Used the 45 deg angle for some quarter round and cut some 90 deg timber for support brace under chairs that are starting to separate.

Did the job great. Not a fan of plastic but it's not that there an alternative available. The trim in the picture (but the tile and wallpaper all Home Depot too) We Love Home Depot. Not sure how we don't have a preferred parking spot yet. :)

Bought to make a frame for my bathroom mirror. First time at carpentry. Mitered corners came out perfect. Love the result.

The miter box with saw was a great buy. It was easy to use and got the results I was looking for. Great for cutting window trim. First time cutting angles for trimming.

Your milage may vary, but for this reviewer, we got only a single use out of this box before the saw cut into the side of one of the groves rendering it totally useless. I suppose the saw may be decent but I'll never really know. To paraphrase an only saying, "You don't get what you don't pay for." It's expecting a lot to purchase a saw and box combination that costs less than either piece would normally cost separately.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but easy to understand .

Flimsy plastic block

The plastic is very soft. Without putting much pressure, the saw cut into the plastic which defeated the whole purpose of the guided slots.

Works great. Many different angles for cuts.

Its terrible and doesnt cut at all. And the box broke the first day.

Measure twice cut once. In this case this miter box does it alll for you. And the saw is sharp enough to make that precise cut.

The saw is not good at cutting, and the box slits were thinner than the saw so it caused the saw to actually cut the box.

Very good for light use at a bargain price. The plastic box is not as sturdy as wood/steel ones I've used in the past, but for infrequent home use it is perfect.

I used for 3 pieces of trim before I spent the the money to get a real miter saw well worth the money this plastic miter box is junk, 1st the saw doesn't cut it tears the wood,2nd the box itself is crap.

Inexpensive. No frills. Works well. Comes with back saw. I now have three. Small size & lightweight. 45 degree bevel cut capable. Cut from either side. I had to retire a plastic one of these, a popular name brand, that I had for many years because the plastic had worn away causing bad cuts. Today's plastic seems more robust than formerly used for this kind of thing. This tool size and shape reminds me of these when they were made of maple.

Made mould cuts easier!

I wanted an in-expense box to cut 4 pieces of trim. Because it was a small project and not at my full time residence I didn't have my power miter box and wanted something cheap. Handled what I needed it for but it reminded me why I have a power miter box at home.
