Was all as stated, worked good however a little tough to apply, 1st used 3 knott brush, and that stunk, used a 4" brush next and that stuck also but was good for small touch up areas. Finally used a paint pad about 5" - 6 " and that worked pretty good to apply it.

Product went on easily with just a brush and had no issues with it at all. I am using this along my Foundation to stop water from seeping in during rain storms and it worked fine during our first storm.

The permit required a sealed foundation
The building permit required a sealed foundation and this was easy to install and definitely did the job.

Great Product
I just used this to coat my foundation. after 50 years the original coating was no more. I mixed it thoroughly but it didn't change the consistence... it appeared it never separated. on the can it says not to apply if rain is threatening within 24 hours. I could not find a drying time on it. it took roughly 2-4 hours to become tacky and about 6-8 hours before it was dry. I Let it sit overnight anyway until I started the back fill

We ordered online because the store didn't carry it in stock. This is how it arrived. FedEx said they received it damaged from the warehouse. Container was damaged on top and sides. Only allowing one image will not show you the extent of the true damage

Unfortunately we are not able to control the shipping of our products to the Home Depot warehouses or locations. Our suggestion is for you to return the bucket to your local Home Depot for a refund or ask them how to file for a refund from the shipper. Thank you for your comments.

Great product to seal house foundation. Goes on easily with large brush. Warning on shipping: two buckets destroyed by freight company. Suggest having it shipped to the store instead.

jim, Henry 101 is an excellent damp-proofer for foundations. Henry 101 is solvent based so that it can be utilized at temperatures as low as 40 degrees but has a service temperature as low as -20 degrees and is recommended for both residential and commercial foundations. Did the job. Really hard to apply. It was like spreading thick molasses and took longer than I expected. It was hard not to apply too thick. Super messy job. Bubbles appeared the next day which I popped and smoothed out with a roller. It was still sticky at the time and seemed to blend together. I feel okay about the final result.

SCOTT, usually Henry 101 is the consistency of molasses and can be rolled on pretty easily. Henry 101 is a solvent based product and as such can take a week or more to cure in warm weather. Thank you for putting your trust in the Henry Co and the Home Depot.

Given the nature of the product and how recently we applied the product to the wall, I can’t say for sure if it’s working but I felt comfortable with the quality of the product and do believe it’ll act as a moisture proofer if the need so arises.

Brian, Henry 101 is a non-fibered liquid asphalt in a solvent system that is great for dampprooffing above and below grade exterior concrete and masonry walls and foundations that are dry. Sophie artkBartkowicz, when coating a foundation with Henry 101 it should be applied in one coat with a brush or spray gun. All cracks, breaks, tears and holes need to be repaired prior to applying Henry 101. From your comments we cannot tell what the issue was with your project.
