I have a party rental company and this dolly makes a world of difference hauling 350lbs to 500 lbs inflatables around. I've been using for about a month and haven't ran into any negatives about it. The fall back wheels and drop down lift extension is what makes this dolly stand out from the rest. I can put a 500 lbs inflatable on this dolly by myself and pull it onto my trailer with ease, I recommend this to everyone. Don't let the price scare you, this dolly will pay for itself!!!!!

I love it.
I got this because I needed something that could handle gravel, pot holes (I have dogs that dig holes), etc. It sat in my kitchen for awhile since I kept admiring what a beast of a hand truck it is. Disclosure: I got the 750 lb capacity version of this hand truck, but can’t find it to write a review. This American Made product deserves a review and it’s the same thing - different weight capacity. So I’ll write what I think of it. You can move the back wheels into 3 different positions on the 750lb capacity version. So if it lays flat I can hook it up to the 1943 Jeep and tow some stuff around the farm. It’s about 4’ long , 2’ wide (and can go quite high), but one could have stuff hanging over the sides to tote around easily. Thinking thick logs for firewood. If it’s put into the upright position it’s taking the weight off of the person - (self stabilizing), as shown in pics. There is a 3rd position and I’m not sure what that’s for yet but I’ll be trying it out. The choice to use the longer nose plate (just lay it down), is nice for putting big boxes on (or whatever one wants to have a better grip of from the bottom). This means one doesn’t even have to tie things on, in some cases, since it helps to hold things in place just by it’s size. It’s heavy duty. So when not using the back tires to help stabilize it, it’s got a weight of its own. I recommend just using all 4 tires. On this bigger version I assume it’s even heavier. I’m a 53 year old woman so I’ll be using all 4 tires. I like the snap lock straps. I am a dummy when it comes to ratchets so got their easy “cam style” ones since those are just one snap to get things in place. I really do need to learn how to use ratchets though. I would like to have a little bag for this that Velcro's to the back - or some magnetic box attachment to stick a socket wrench into. To move the back wheels around one can use the snap pins (no tools required) but for extremely heavy loads it recommends the included bolts. Those are very easy to use but...you need a wrench to hold one side to get the wing nut good and tight. I would like to keep one on board. Just a personal preference. The tires, nice hand truck. Good job.

The picture is NOT the same as what arrived - what I got was a much stronger upper-wheel structure, which I adapted easily to towing with yard tractor at 45 degree angle. Carried 440 lb., 84 inch tall crate with relative ease.

Kind of expensive but easily moves big items. Can easily move the largest furniture items such as sofas and dressers across uneven ground. e-tracks straps work great with this. Downside is it difficult to control on hills. Because of the swivel wheels it will instantly point itself downhill and roll away. As a cart it is best used on flat surface such as in a warehouse or flat driveway. Otherwise use as a dolly.

Rolled very nicely, even across rough terrain, but very awkward handling. When rear wheels are in play, the dolly is very low and you are hunched over quite a bit, losing leverage and strength to move it around. Also, the wheels are not free rotating, which makes it very difficult for turning.

Easy to assemble. Operation is very difficult, one person cannot tilt hand truck with heavy load. With 2 or more persons the hand truck still is going forward and not staying tilted. They need to find a way for the hand truck to keep on the wheels and not falling forward. Customer service is zero. No person ever answers or responds

This is one s-e-r-I-o-u-s handtruck. Very rugged and well built. The assembly "instructions" are pretty lame, however, so you have to kind of "feel your way". LOL. Eventually you figure out where everything goes. The width of the truck is right at 30 inches, so it is a very tight fit into a standard size sliding glass door. It does go...just barely.

      Strong and Durable
Very strong and can handle the 1,000 pound capacity. Paint does not hold up. Most has chipped away after 2 weeks. Tires are crazy strong making it easy to maneuver loads across grass and uneven terrain.
