I assembled it myself. Assembly was moderately difficult. Two tips I have is to have it shipped to a local HD and pick it up. If you have it shipped to your home, the UPS gorillas will destroy it because the box is heavy. The other tip is if some of the screw holes don't line up, the corner panels are assemble wrong. Even though the corner panels are marked, you still have a 50/50 chance of assembling it wrong. That's what happened to me. I had 2 corners assembled right and 2 wrong. It took me 4 hours to figure it out.
I used 4x4 by 10' to make a box for the base. Then I made two 2x4 walls for privacy and screwed it to the base and braced the corner panels. The top spokes for the roof is a bit flimsy and I'm pretty sure it cannot handle a load of snow. So I'm planning to unbolt 3 sides of the canvas top, then roll it up and secure it to the side next to the house. This will make it easier to re-assemble next year.
Overall, I liked the way it came out but have concern about its longevity. It is painted on the outside but not the inside of the tubes. The first time it rained, I already noticed rust leaking out one of the tubes.

product review
The gazebo was easy to put together but directions for the end support pieces could have been better. had to take them apart and reverse the order of assembly to get them to fit to the top rail. Took four of us to get the top connected to the end posts. Secured the gazebo to our deck with screws
It does look good when up and seems to be sturdy in construction. I would like to see privacy panels for this gazebo.

Was Delivered Damaged
I purchased this for my parents during the holidays and when they opened the box to install it the metal frame was badly warped. It is made with a cheap, soft metal that can be bent back into shape, but there are now stress points all across the frame. If you purchase this out of season, as I did; open the box and make sure nothing is damaged.

an extra room nearly rain proof
This gazebo is sturdy as is. It's nearly rain proof. It has a few small openings to allow wind to exit the fabric and that's where a little water comes in but not a lot. I love it. We chose to leave one leg panel off and it's still sturdy. Our gazebo is on a cement patio at the bottom of a set of steps. The one panel that would block the stairs, we left off. We have a10x10 slab and it goes a smidge further than the slab on one side because the roof frame extends a tad past 10ft so we pulled it just away from the house. We just put a brick pave on the grass under those two panels. We've had wind and rain already and it's been solid!

This was a internet order and it met my expectations
I installed the Gazebo on a 4x4x10 treated lumber frame, that made it easy for me to assemble . First I did the sides and top railing, the top frame next and then the material top the netting last. It is also attached to a shed that is used a kids playhouse.

You get what you pay for
When you buy any product it is good to see if it see a fit for climate, personal use characteristics, etc. then you are likely to feel you got your money's worth. If you live in a heavy wind/rain area or if you want to use this in cold winter - get something heavier duty. If you are in a temperate area this is a great product for the price. Key things to know - it's a light weight, snap in construction - it is a two person job to assemble - three people when comes to mounting the top with ease and looks great when assembled. Installation downside - a high percentage do not come with all their parts (I had to order the hardware kit and service was bit of a hassle as I had to prove I had bought the thing before they would send out the new part). Being lightweight the products welds are OK but it can bend quit easily. Instructions were straightforward, comic book style with most parts clearly labeled. Don't think just follow directions. Once up it is unlikely that you will change the canvas out for winter because of removal challenges. I have no real product complaints because I got what I expected for the price and am enjoying it with my family. Attached is a photo - we will putting in a firepit and chairs for year round use!

10 x 10 Gazebo
The customer service and shipping was excellent. The only issue I had was that the parts could be better identified, as a civil engineer it was difficult to visualize how some of the parts went together. I know the parts were labeled, but some of the labels came off. Also I might recommend that how the cover is attached be changed for easy removal in the winter or for cleaning.

Not Worth the money
Purchased this for my father-in-law. Was a coupe weeks before I assembled it. Open the box and right on top a big note "STOP DO NOT RETURN TO STORE" ya da yada! The canopy went together good of the 6 metal corners 5 of the 8 pieces where damaged 2 sets hole did not line up and had to redrill them to make it work!

So comfortable to be bug free!
Liked the way all parts were labeled and the initial construction went well until we started putting the canopy up and the corner supports didn't line up as listed. We switched them around and got them together though. Like the weatherproof feature on my deck.

Good investment
Love this gazebo! ! It was easy to put together, and very sturdy. We had used it during the rain and no issues. Also wind has not been an issue bc it is vented on the top. It stays up all spring, summer, take down in October. Love it...

Good quality and easy to set up.
I bought this gazebo this summer. I was impressed how thick the canvas covering was and how strong the metal is on this gazebo. I am a single woman and I put this together myself. Yes ladies you can do this! The instructions were easy and everything was labeled, so I laid out everything in alphabetical order and put it together. It took me almost 5 hours. I did need help from friends to lift the gazebo up to install it to the frame. All the parts were in good shape, nothing was bent, I am impressed and I feel proud that I did it all by myself. If anyone complains that this gazebo is too difficult to put together, should go back to school, it is very easy to put together and if you have a problem, you can always refer to the video for installing the gazebo on Home Depot's web site. I love my new gazebo. Great quality for the price!

Would not purchase again/
Frame was bent in several places. Holes to attach upright frame to roof frame did not match and had to drill new ones. Took three men to construct it. Not pleased that the top canvas will have to be unscrewed in many places to remove it. For the price I guess it is what we get. Would have sent it back because of defects if it had been costlier.

christy gazebo
there were no real directions. Mostly photo's. not all the pieces were marked. It is a sturdy gazebo. It did withstand two really stron g storms with any damage. Definetly need 2 or more people to assemble. The four corner when assembled did not fit on the frame.

Missing parts.
This is nice, simple to assembly gazebo.
The problem I've with it is that I'm missing parts.
I opened claim 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I've no answer from HD or Manufacturer.
Called HD again & heard that they are still waiting for Manufacturer to response.
Save yourself trouble do not buy this junk because you will have semi assembled gazebo that you can't use.

Very Impressed!
I purchased this gazebo two months ago and I'm very happy with it's design and construction, especially since it was only $200! The assembly instructions alone with the video made it easy. I only had to drill one hole and unlike other gazebos in this price range, it has eight poles to support the canopy and that gives it more stability and prevents water from pooling on it. Also, unlike others, it has nuts and bolts which are far stronger than the locking pins. Another plus is that it weighs 140 lbs, which is 100 lbs heavier than comparable gazebos. It was assembled on a concrete patio and due to its weight, it has stood strong in heavy north Florida thunderstorms without anchors. The only downside I've seen so far is that it is showing some rust on the steel supports and I regret not painting it with Rust-oleum prior to assembly.

worst purchase ever
The Gazebo was impossible to work with, assembly was very difficult, and the overall quality of the support structure was very cheap. The welds were uneven and incomplete. Assembly was at best difficult and was impossible the put together. I would have to say that I was very surprised that the HD would even carry such a sub par product, it should be discontinued and never sold anywhere.

Directions were awful!
I've had another gazebo from this company and the roof on that one was held on with velcro. I had to replace it many times. This one seems sturdier! The roof is held on with screws but I don't know what I'm going to do come our New England Winter! It will be a challenge to remove the roof so I may put a tarp over it and pray for the best! The instructions were not that good, especially how to assemble the side panels to the roof.

Nice Alternative to Patio Cover
My experience with installation is similar to other reviews. My wife and I were able to put it up without assistance but four people would be faster and safer. Assembly instructions very well done with words and pictorials. Pieces all labelled so easy to identify each part. All assembly instructions should be this good. I wish solid wall panels were available as an option that could be added to the mesh to help provide shade and block the wind on windy and cooler days.

looks great but difficult to set up.
First of all, I recieved it damaged and had a difficuptmtime recieving replacement parts.
Second of all it was difficult to put together and the directions were not clear about angles the support beams had to be.
Third, the thing looks amazing.
