Looks great and easy to assemble

I just finished this Gazebo - I placed it on a 12ft Slab I built just for the Gazebo - I found it a joy to build. If you follow all directions step by step and you study the manual in advance, you will have little trouble. I had a problem with a couple of parts (my fault). I called and the company sent me replacements free of charge. A couple of parts were tough to fit, like the last railing, but that is the nature of something built of wood. My only criticism, is the use of square drive screws. I threw all of these away and purchased Stainless Steel Star drive screws. This was my choice as the others might have worked. I just hate sq drive - and find that the constant stripping is not worth the cost of a few pounds of screws. ($100) My only regret is that I only have room for one of these. It is beautiful!! Very good value for the money - it would cost more than double for a contractor to build it for you and it would not look as good!

Took my time to piece together the two pallets of pieces over several days. The instructions were very easy to follow and although it could be completed by one person, for saftey sake, at least two should do most tasks. I found the square bits were easier to work with than Phillips for this as the screws stayed on the bit better when reaching. Plan to spray water proofing when it is warmer. None of the pieces were damaged during shipment, however it did take longer to arrive than the initially posted date due to Customs but was worth the wait.

I love this gazebo. It is so well made and not at all flimsy. We are having other construction projects done right now so I had the contractors put it together, which they did easily. Everyone is so impressed with it and I know we will enjoy it for decades to come.

Very good product. Everything was accurate, no pieces missing or damaged. Delivery through Roadrunner was smooth. Their local affiliate delivered it all the way to my garage. I am more that half way through the assembly. Instructions were easy to understand

We love the gazebo. Delivery was an issue. The truck had a lift but no way to get the gazebo onto the lift.

Quality wood and easy instructions... did it myself in a few days... no problems at all.

Assembles easily. Well manufactured. Several pieces damaged during manufacture were replaced by manufacturer and shipped to me at no additional cost to me.

Some of the wood pieces break easily. The screws are Square headed and the tool that they do provide wears out easily. I do think that they should stain the cedar so that it is a dark color. make sure that you do stain it before you put it together it is very difficult to stain when it is all together. It is a good idea to have two drills that way you can drill the pilot hole then screw the wood screw in with the other drill. The assemble instructions are precise they provide a great understanding about assembly. Also be sure to adhere to the measurements that they tell you in the assembly instructions. they are precise.

Very impressed with the complete package and the instructions that came with it.Had no problems erecting it but is definitely a two man job.All the pieces fit very well together.Have one question would you recommend staining it and if so with what.
