This chandelier was already installed in my home when it was purchased in 2009. It is beautiful It goes well with our oil rubbed cabinet hardware and faucet. It adds a touch of feminine charm in our rustic space. It wipes down easily and seems to be a good quality product.

Average quality product. Low price was appropriate for the quality. First one had finish defects and arms misaligned. The second one only has arm misalignment (all the arms to not point straight up but some are slightly canted outward). If you don't look at it closely, it looks pretty good. I returned the first one and got a second one which didn't have finish defects but retained the arm misalignment.

Delivery was significantly faster than promised. It looks very good and appears to be well made. The metal parts are substantial with no flimsiness either in feel or appearance. We find it comparable to other chandeliers that we saw in lighting stores for up to thee times the cost.
