Checked my boiler to find a large puddle of water in the basement around it. Found it to be leaking on one side from under the outer covering. In taking the cover off found to have a leak made up of multiple pin leaks see pictures below. Did not want to be at the mercy of a "plumber" on a Sunday. Did my research as to my options, read the posted reviews and gave it a shot. Drained out about 5 gallons of water, added two bottles as per the instructions. Topped off the boiler water and fired it up. The spurting leak was now a fast drip that slowed as the minutes went by and the temperature and pressure increased, coming to a total stop within a half an hour. Now that I am safe from not freezing in my home, I can plan the replacement of my 20 year old boiler on "my terms"!

The liquid stoped the leak in my boiler.

It slowed the boiler leak considerably but didn’t stop it completely.

I bought 2 quart of the boiler liquid, poured it into the warm boiler ran it for several hours and it sealed the leak. So far so good

Used two bottles on a steam side leak in my 120k btu boiler. Definitely give this a try before replacing any boiler with a small leak.

It was a real challenge to get this stuff into my boiler but once I did the results were more than I'd hoped for. Turn the boiler water black but after a couple of weeks I decided to flush the boiler several times and it is now clear again and best of all NO LEAK!

Only provided very short term fix. First try lasted 2 days. Second try lasted 8 days. Followed instructions exactly, particularly the 2nd time. It appears that after applying, as long as the boiler remained very hot, the leak was stopped but if boiler cools down (e. g. from less calling for heat from the thermostat), even if it is well after the 48 hours after applying the liquid specified in the instructions, the leak reappears, with no reduction in leaking compared to before applying the liquid.

It worked great and saw results in less than an hour.

I used this product (two quarts) in my 400,000 BTU system that includes 1600 sq ft of floor heating, 800 sq ft of snow melt outdoor heating, and a 90,000BTU Suspended Horizontal Hydronic Wall & Ceiling Unit Heater. I had no idea where the system was leaking, there were no visible leaks around the accessible equipment, but the majority of the piping is underground. All underground pipe is PEX. The product does not claim to plug leaks in plastic, but one day after running all circuits at maximum temperature, the leak stopped. We had our first snowfall yesterday so all circuits were in use with no loss of antifreeze solution. Great Product!

Had a residential Crown Steam boiler with a crack in it. Unit will fill with water but once it started to make sream, the water starts pouring out so much that it put the burmer flame out. I poured this boiler liquid in and fired it up. I had to adjust the flame level with the shut off valve so that it would not put out flame. What i did do in addition to the instuctions was i caught the water that was comming out through the crack and kept reusing the old water. Thats how bad it was leaking. I did not want to keep making more trips to Home Depot and keep buying more boiler liquid. After about 4 hours of this the boiler stopped leaking and been using boiler ever since. This stuff is great. Saved me from having to buy a new boiler.

This stuff works for me.

Large steam boiler ran dry,it cracked a section. Tried Hercules boiler liquid. It sealed leak within minutes. Hopefully it will last the season. I will continue to add as needed because repair of this boiler will be very expensive.

Had a leak in my old 180k BTU Thatcher boiler. Was looking into purchasing a new one and thought I would try. It worked as advertised and is holding up well so far. Very happy.
