The replacement part is worse than the warn out roller. It stalls, rolls roughly pulls hards. It’s a piece of junk

Actually bought it to salvage the 1" rollers from it for an electric stove storage drawer that needed repair. Took some effort to adapt but worked out OK.

Built my own pocket doors, these worked like a charm!!

We ordered 2 packages. The rollers we received - 4 of them were OK. There was one that works very well. The other 3 are substandard.

Rollers did not work satisfactorily due to fact they did not have bearings, will replace them. Door does not move freely.

The roller assembly worked perfectly even though I used it on a bypass door rather than a pocket door.

NOS reproduction item and fit perfectly on the 30 year old rails hidden within the walls. I was remodeling a customers home and remounting a number of pocket doors. Previously the home owner had disassembled the doors many months ago and lost most of the hardware. I attempted to purchase the door rollers at my local HD store but not stocked. I did however, find the correct hardware on the Home Depot website - they delivered to my shop within two days!

Plastic arm securing the rollers to the base broke off when I tried to rotate it to secure the post from above. Poor quality of that part required me to jury-rig a solution. The rollers do not turn smoothly either.

Product is great and works well.

This product was a perfect fit for my project, and was easy to install. I am proud to use my sliding doors when ever I can. Thanks.

To begin with,I buy just about everything from Home depot,also have 250 shares of your stock which I love...In 2005,I extended my house.Most of the material & fixtures were bought from you including a pair of these pocket door rollers.For over a year my bath pocket door has been harder & harder to move.I took a buck & 10 pieces of trim off & took the door off.Both wheels on one of the rollers were jammed,wheels on the other roller were better.I went to you & you ordered a pair of them out of a catalog.They came 6 days later,one of the rollers had both wheels jammed just as bad as one of the ones I was replacing,the other one was o.k. I had the bath door off for 7 days,& wasn't going to wait another week for a new one to come.I put the good new one & the passable old one on...This company isn't checking the stuff they are sending out.

The product was an exact replacement for the damaged part on my pocket door.
