purchased these online from HD...these plants went in and are thriving...the price was good and the plants arrived in good condition.

I live in Maryland, and this is a reliable bloomer. It also comes in yellow which I found 2 years ago. The two together are a bright spot in my garden! Big black seedpods appear in the fall for sculptural interest, and also for seeds to add more plants next year. Hummingbirds like them too.

I didn't receive anything that looks like the picture. I don't think it's a good idea to ship plants from Ohio that are dormant to Florida.
