The water seal worked very well on the concrete. I stained the concrete with acid stain the neutralized as the instruction said and water sealed the water still went very well with a pump sprayer and gave it a high gloss sheen very pleased with the product and would recommend it

Try calling the manufacturer company and let them know exactly what the product did to my floor. And didn't do anything about it. Had to pay another company to come and fix it. Did everything exactly what the lable said to do even call there help desk to clarify some concerns about it. Not happy with this product at all. Literally ruined my concrete floors.

Not durable under my conditions. I applied two coats armor seal as directed to dry slab and let cure for 72 hours (requires only 48 hours in directions) before I move my refrigerator back to the kitchen. I needed to set the fridge down in the hallway and rotate 90 degrees to the kitchen and the rotation scratched the urethane seal. Five days later I had my 90 pound dog on the floor for the first time. In his excitement his toe nails scratched the urethane seal right next to the fridge scratch. In the photo you'll see fridge scratch on the right and dog nail scratch on the left. Product is disappointing in my experience.

Three weeks gone by and each day I'm more amaze.

Great sealer! Used it in garage after grinding my concrete floor. Dries extremely fast! Leaves a wet gloss type look with a very smooth feel. Easy to sweep and mop with a Swiffer. Will recommend for sure.

I've waited to see if it would get any better. IT DIDN"T. I cleaned the surface with Eagle concrete cleaner. Washed and scrubbed with a stiff brush. Rinsed over and over and scrubbed with a brush until rinse water was clear and clean. Stained the surface with Eagle Rustic Acid Stain. Surface looked great. Then I coated the surface with Eagle Armor Seal. Went on a little cloudy looking. It dried clear and I was pleased with the outcome. THEN IT RAINED. The whole surface turned white. When it dries it 's back to normal. Heavy dew in the morning - turns white! Every time it gets any moisture on it, it turns white. I should not have put the seal coat on. I ruined my patio by putting this crap on it. I could use the $1000 to fix this!!!!!!!!!

Excellent gloss finish, easy to apply, better coverage than advertised (on polished concrete at least; I bought 15 gal but only needed about 7). Added a nice protective layer trapping in all the dust, but also looks great as is. Used in the basement and garage. No regrets or dislikes. Highly recommended!

Applied this using a paint roller and it went on smooth with no issues. It really brought out more tones in the Eagle dye I used on my indoor concrete.

We extensively reviewed various sealing options as this was a project for our basement and many sealers are not recommended for that purpose. A Ghostshield hardener and Quikrete water based stain was used prior to applying the Eagle Armor Seal followed by waxing and we experienced no adhesion issues. Many manufacturers recommended against using products not offered in their lines. It's still early but we are extremely satisfied with the initial quality and appearance of our floor. The only minor inconvenience with the order process is it would have been nice to have been provided a tracking number to know when delivery was expected. Would recommend.

I used this product after neutralizing the acid stain on my floors. I bought two gallons to use on 400 sq ft. I got worried when I had to stretch the first gallon to make it all the way across. Apparently only the first layer really soaks in. Once it was sealed, the next two layers went on very thin.

I applied two coats of Eagle Armor Seal with a pump sprayer to my dyed basement concrete floor. I first dyed the floor with Eagle water based dye Root Beer and topped that with Warm Honey. The Eagle Sealer immediately made the color and detail show through beautifully! It left a hard thick seal and protective shine. No indoor oder in home.

Shine just like I wanted

Left a very nice low gloss finish on my concrete garage floor. Coverage was greater than expected. Helps keep the concrete dust down and makes for easier sweep up and cleaning. My only complaint is that I did have tire lift the first time we parked on it. (5 days after application) It's now to cold here in Michigan to reapply in effected area. But I have enough product left to recoat this spring. I beleive this is a cost-effective product for garage floors.

I used 2.5 gal. to cover 1100 sq. ft. and did two coats. Floors are nice and shinny.

Spent two weeks folllowing all instruction thru the whole process. Rustic acid stain came out nice, and 2 coats of sealer with polish looked nice initially. Let dry for 4 days before moving anything back in basement. Every little thing that touches surface will scratch been a week since it dried and baby cant even walk around with walker without leaving scratch marks everywhere. Like i said the stain was fine but the sealer is junk.

Sadly, due to Home Depot political affiliations, I plan on shopping elsewhere in the future. The performance of your senior leadership is discouraging, and NOT appropriate.

We installed Armor Seal over our concrete in our new home. It is very easy to apply. Very forgiving when cutting in also. We applied two coats and the finish looks great. I will warn you that it scratches easily. Don’t slide anything on it or it will leave a mark. That being said, all you have to do is reapply in that area and the scratches are gone.

I used Eagle Clea er, avid stain, deavtivator and sealer on 3500 sw feet. I got a nice rusty orange marbled finish that looks marvslous.

A+ I wish more local stores would carry this product on the shelves. It goes on easily and surpasses our expectations. Believe the hype!

The first gallon we ordered worked great. It gave the concrete floor the finish we were expecting. The next gallon we ordered had separated and soaked into the concrete without leaving the glossy finish. We will be returning the product.
