The first one I got was all banged up and didn’t work and looked like it was used . This one looked bran new and worked great !!!

Works well for our needs - easy to set up. Hoist movement is slow, but I have not learned yet how to speed this up.

Use this hoist to lift 850 pounds up to 1200. Works grate. Love it.

Works great for our purposes. The finish on the bottom of the hoist was a little beat up but I don't think it was used, I think it was simply from handling and boxing a heavy unit. Home Depot had the best price when I was shopping around.

I ordered this online, and when it arrived, there were no manuals, the unit had obviously been installed and used at some point, and it had been repainted. Not what I expected from Milwaukee or Home Depot.

Just what I wanted

Hoist appears to work OK, but so far I have not found a known 1-ton load to confirm that the lifting and brake capacity meets specs.

Easy to hang

This product works pretty well for this price. Also is pretty easy to use.

For a product that costs $1700 shipped, this one falls short. Milwaukee will only give you a 1 year warranty on this product. After we started to have problems within the first 3 years with the hoist not going up or down we cracked it open to find wires and capacitors that were not zipped tied down properly. They inevitable jumbled around in the box to the point of causing themselves to become destroyed. Now i'm having an issue finding someone that will repair this $1700 piece of scrap metal. Although it seemed like a deal at the time, I regret purchasing this.
