The fiberglass insulation was awful. It was packed very loose & when trying to install the first fixture the insulation was flaking down onto our face & everything else. I removed the insulation from the remaining 4 fixtures.

Good product at the right price an yes will buy more for replacing in my rentals. MYC

These are great-- these are cheap! DO NOT put an oversized incandescent bulb in them! The light socket is cheap plastic-- not porcelain so they could melt if the enclosed bulb gets too hot = no ventilation to cool the bulb! Westinghouse said not to paint metal-- i did flat white to use on white closet ceilings-- worked fine. I used outside-expect them to RUST fairly quick from dampness-- they rust first where the shade screws turn in and out and freeze up-- put a touch of petroleum jelly on the screws. These are great anywhere a bulb may get bumped -- not for damp areas at all. Use florescent bulbs or low watt LED equivalents to save money and bulb heat. At $5.46 you will find very little cheaper! [8-28-2018 cost]

these look nice, store pick up was quick and easy - have not yet installed - but, they are the size and shape I had been looking for!!!

Even though these are meant to be outdoor, hanging light fixtures, I am using them indoors attached horizontally to a wall. They providing light that I want. The glass shade allows the light to spread out in all directions in a way that other lamp housings don't. I am pleased with them.
