Product is good. Provides great heat. Shipping box was beat up with multiple dents and broken areas of cardboard. I removed unit and tested it because the glass heating elements could have been broken, but it tested fine.

Complete junk. Worked well for two days, and then the switch failed (I should have read all the recent reviews). I was disappointed because while it worked it was great, but this unit to have such a known problem that has NOT been corrected is poor business. Thankfully, the Home Depot took it back and gave me a full refund and then gave me some alternative recommendations.

It worked for about two hours then stopped working for good. Had to return it.

Perfect heat for my garage workshop. Easy to install and can rotate for use in two different areas.

First time turning the unit on, the pull string came loose at the internal switch mechanism. Reattached the pull string and the unit continued working. Within 12 hours of being out of the box, the unit would not start heating even though the power indicator light was lit. Cycled through each setting to no avail. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

This was a replacement for an identical unit that was approximately 3 years old when it died. The new one works as designed, but time will tell if this one has similar problems. Delivery was fast and came with no damage to the packing. Sice this was ordered on line, no customer service was involved.

It was warm but it broke after 3 months of occasional use.

Hung this in my garage to keep my dogs warm in the winter. It has been working great. Keeps the gage warm enough and with the settings I can make it so it's not too hot.

I bought this for the garage aka my home gym. I mounted it over my spinner bike because 27 degrees is cold at 6 am when you’re trying to do the right thing. It gives off enough heat that I don’t need to start my workout all bundled up I’m going to get a second one to mount over the work bench.

Built in light is handy, but you do need task lighting in addition. Easy to mount. Instant warmth. Consider radiant panels for less “intrusion” into living space.

Waiting for cold weather to try it out. Pretty easy to mount. I put up two strips of 1x 1 1/2 white oak for mounting bracket. Wasn’t sure how far from work area the heater needs to be so I can move it closer if I need to. My gripe. Under IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS # 15 says,”Always plug heater directly into wall outlet/ receptacle. Never use an extension cord....” Someone please tell me how this is going to be mounted at least 3’ from a wall, and with a six’ cord reach a receptacle even 36 to 48 inches from the floor. Do I need to hire an electrician to put an outlet on the ceiling? Put a longer cord on it or show a recommended extension cord size and I might rate it higher.

Great heater for small work area I love it priced right easy to install and it keeps me nice an toasty

I bought 2 comfort zone heaters and they both worked fine but then one stopped working after two days. The power light comes on and everything seems fine, but the bulbs won't come on.

Half of the heat elements worked, the light is there for no reason.

Works great! usually only need the low setting.

Bought this for our son as a birthday gift to use in his garage woodworking shop. He said it is great and he is very happy with it

A very good heater. I’ve had two of them before. This one is my 3rd and I think this one will out last me.

Easy install, worked great....for about a week. Then it just stopped working. Zero use. Took it back and got a credit. Wow.

Not super high quality, but does the job. Be careful this unit gets really hot while in operation. Works well as a ceiling mounted heater.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the heaters. I purchased 2 units to heat a 2 1/2 car garage, and they heat the area very well. The lights are a bonus!

Great little heaters. Easy to hang.

I haven’t installed it yet, but Home Depot has sent my 4 surveys so I had to fill this out so hopefully they’ll stop bugging me now.
