Made my son a teepee. Was perfect for what i wanted to use it for.

This stick is perfect for a martial arts staff. I cut it to my height and stained it a darker color for aesthetic and better grip and texture for martial art. I hope it gets back in stock soon, I want to order another to make another staff.

This dowel rod is made from poplar. Perfectly straight and without flaws.

This rod was badly bent. 5 inch curve from end to end. Nowhere near as straight as it should have been.

The dowels arrived earlier than expected and are perfect quality: strong, consistent color and no cracks. I used them to make a teepee and they're holding up well and look great.

Good quality wood, used as curtain rods.

1-5/16" diameter not 1-3/8" as per the description. Ordered 4. One is bowed bad. Other three are not as bad.

The description says hardwood, but they are made of pine.. the diameter is supposed to be 1-3/8" but they are only measuring at 1-1/4"

Dowels we’re warped and grain too inconsistent

I understand Poplar is considered a "hardwood". No where in the item description does it indicate the wood is Poplar. In fact, the picture on the listing is oak so that is a bit misleading. I was just disappointed the dowls were not oak.

These were perfect for replacing the plastic poles on my children’s teepee!

Needed these seventy plus 6 foot dowels for my son's Eagle Scout Project. They are to be used as flag poles. Arrived fairly quickly and in good condition.
