We used this to cut out some shapes in some laminate. I didn't have a piece of laminate large enough to cover my project. I decided to cut interlocking tabs on our ShopSabre model 23 router. It cut the laminate perfectly and the tabs fit perfectly. No chip out at all.

Exactly what I was looking for. Makes perfect keyhole slots

I bought this to use with a mortise template and on the second mortise the bearing was just moving up and down the bit freely. There's no way to find that tiny little set screw wherever it flew off to. no tool to tighten the set screw came with it so I didn't even think to check it. Definitely could have gotten a different brand for half the price.

Had to cut a groove in wood to hold plexiglass shelves. Needed an 1/8" x 3/4" groove. A little disappointed the shaft area is only 3/8" long but grin & bear it, the job is complete. Made a much better cut using Router Table than handheld circular saw.

Straight out of the package from the get go did what we needed to take tight corners for letters and art that my son want to get done while doing woodwork signs very good quality and well worth the money

Does the job! A bit expensive for such a bit, but being purpose built, was expected.

i use this type of bit to Chamber Guitar bodies with. i add a 2 second bearing works great But i use Freud brand. part # 16560

Works great. I used this on several pieces from birch plywood to cedar and it meets my expectations. I build a lot of wall hanging arts and crafts pieces and this tool works great. I don't use it every day but I have cut about 12 holes with it and I am impressed with the tool. We will see how it holds up over time. I am pleased with this purchase.

The bit worked as expected . Used it to router about 36 feet of Douglas fir for a home made screen for my patio.

This mortising bit has a larger bearing than the bit — difficult to make exact fitting jigs. Returned the bit.

Performed as expected.

It did a beautiful job of cutting hidden slots to hang pictures with.

I traveled 25 miles one way to purchase this bit. Unfortunately when I arrived at the store, the Diablo bit in the store did not match the picture. I am looking specifically for a bit with a top mounted bearing for cutting hinge mortises. The one in the store does not have the bearing. A wasted trip.

Use this end mill to create several cribbage boards

This does a great job of doing what it is supposed to do. I cut keyhole slots in 2 oak boards and 2 mahogany boards after testing it on a scrap piece of 2x4. I recommend making a template for the router to get straight and consistent slots.

Works exceptionally well. Clean cut with no burning.

This bit worked great. I was mounting a shelf that came with keyhole slots but they were not spaced properly to allow the mounting screws to hit the studs. I made one with this and it allowed a solid install.
