The SharkBite 1/2" push to connect brass 90 degree elbow fitting worked perfect. We needed to run a cold water line from a tight spot in the attic to the kitchen for a ice maker box for the refrigerator. We normally crimp the lines on but in a tight spot like this it was a no go, the SharkBite fitting saved a lot of time and made a rotten job that much easier.

Easy to use and a great product.

The product description suggested the threaded connection was a Male Iron Pipe but when I received the sharkbite, it clearly indicated on the package that it was a Male National Pipe Thread item...This is why I supplemented the order with a competitors push to fit and MNPT item. Please consider updating the description or indicate the wrong part was shipped.

Love these sharkbite fittings, have flex tubing in my house that the previous owner had installed with cheap fittings and band clamps. Every time I turn around there is a new leak. Fortunately, I just cut the tubing near the old fitting, slide the new fitting in place and Im done in 2 minutes.

These are definitely the way to go. Especially if you are already aware from the beginning that you're going to have to keep changing out portions of your pipe for leaks. That usually comes with older pipes, but connecting to them all together using Shark Bite is just better.

Remodeling our 38’ class A, makes the job a lot easier.

Did the job in a tight space where solder on would have been a problem. I'd use it again if needed.

Simple way to connect piping

Great product that worked as advertised. Also, I could not find what I was looking for in the store, but as usual an employee who actually knew what I needed came to the rescue.
