This is the first time I used SharkBite for an emergency repair and I am very happy I did. Toilet tank lid fell on the shutoff valve which cracked the elbow inside the wall. I had to use a coupling to extend the ½ PVC through 2X4 into the Elbow and a Shutoff. SharkBite had it all and made the entire repair easy and quick. This is great for DIYers.

I used these to make the plumbing connections instead of soldering.

Good value, it took only minutes to install and had zero leaks.

Deburr parts and some say don’t sand down pipes. Installed this on copper and pex. Needs a clean mating surface. I suggest if installing on older copper give it a good wipe down to get a good seal with the oring. I would recommend it with installs in accessible locations. Plan to install pipe hooks to reduce vibration and hold the pex and fittings secure.

Excellent product and it works perfectly even on this large 1" pipe

First time using Shark bites products and they did NOT disappointed, worked as intended and there was no error or any issue whatsoever after the installation. It was a small project so at least for that it did work perfectly. Recommend it

Great Emergemcy and quick water line leak

There are 100s of reviews on these connectors. They work great and make quick work of plumbing. I used these to hook up a water filter and softener to my house. Transitioned from 1 inch copper to PEX and also used PVC threaded connectors on the hardware. Everything worked perfectly. Excellent product.

This is an exceptional product. It cost me $150 a couple years ago to find out about it and now I use it all the time. All it takes is common sense and a few minutes of your time to install it follow directions never leaks.

Not much needs to be said about SharkBites, except quick and dependable.

Needed one on the incoming cold water side of hot water heater and another for the overpressure valve exhaust. Cleaned pipes as if to solder, but installed SharkBites instead. Very easy and no leaks. Quite expensive, but if you consider the time saved and getting it right the first time, your money ahead......now to see how long it lasts!

Works as described

I’m a diy person. Been seeing these for a while. I usually solder copper , heard good things about these. Decided to try . Lot more pricey than copper. Was pretty easy to connect.

Fast and easy to use. The site I was working on would not allow for safe use of propane to sweat the joints.

Worked perfectly saved me a bunch of time. Was able to use existing piping and these fittings. Was able to get the residents hot water back going again.

Perfect for repair old pipes for the shower.

Amazing product. I don't know how to solder copper. This was as easy as Legos. Pushed into existing copper and PEX on there side. Total connection time was about 15 seconds.

These things are da bomb. Makes plumbing fixes accessible to anyone. Cut pipe square, debur and push these on. That simple, and instantly watertight. I wish these existed years ago. I joined PEX to copper, and replaced some leaky old sink valves.

These things are amazing. I did try to sweat some fittings but my main shutoff allows a small amount of water to continue into the pipes. Any amount of water in your pipes and you cannot sweat copper. This is where these things shine. Just make sure you push them firmly into position until they click.

Needed to get shut off farther away from side of vanity, this stuff is just great!

Super!!! I needed to do a pipe repair that I was unable to remove the water from ( couldn't get hot enough to solder) and this solved the problem. No muss, no fuss.

I used three of these 1/2" SharkBite elbows when I installed our new ECOSMART tankless water heater and GE filter. These things are the best thing since sliced bread. They're so easy to use. Already had a few SharkBites installed by a plummer over 11 years ago for our old water heater and still working great and no leaks so I was confident that these new ones were gonna work out just fine. Love these! Also used SharkBite hose and water filter fittings.

Love these things!! Fast, reliable, a little pricey at first, but not having to glue,or solder is wonderful!! I have used them for years, never let me down!!

These make a PVC project much faster and easier than using cement. Plus you can remove them and make corrections as needed without having to cut and cement - wasting materials and time. These are a great time saver for every project that I have used them on. I am curious how they will hold up over time before they leak. No issues so far but always cautious when trying something new. I keep a few on hand for when the next project pops up.

These things work great, save a lot of time and are forgiving if you make a mistake. Can't beat using these in tight spaces as opposed to trying to sweat in joints.
