If you still have the product please reach out to our technical team at 1-800-624-7767 so we can obtain some additional information from the package and help you. As with all items sold through retailers, a defective or expired product should be returned to the place of purchase for exchange or refund. These stores do receive credit from Loctite for returning defective products but more important the store location needs to know. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thankfully Home Depot's good return policy covered this. Purchased approximately 20 tubes for a project, and all were hard.

This is not characteristic of this product and It sounds like you may have purchased product that that was expired or close to expiration. We are happy to know the store was accommodating and hopefully they will contact us regarding the problem since we do not know the location. Perfectly good epoxy, slight packaging issue
The epoxy worked as expected, but I had some difficulty getting the cap back on the two plastic tips of the dispenser. The design could use some work.

Did what it was supposed to do.
Used this product on some broken ceramic and marble items. They have held together with no problems. I would recommend this product.

quick set epoxy
Product worked well for project - no fuss, no muss - easy to mix and set in place - used to hold cornice on wall.
