Great Product BUT DON'T USE ANY ADHESIVE per step 6 in the attached instructions for this device! SKIP USING ANY ADHESIVE because you will not be able to remove the device without a visit from a plumber and costing you $$$. The device lost its grip on the stem so can't turn on or off the water and because of the glue applied inside the threads, i am unable to remove the device. Other than this, the device is great. so skip applying the liquid adhesive in step 6 of their instructions.
After going through many different locking devices I finally found one that seems to be exactly what I have been looking for. We own several properties where tenants think that our water is free. Easy to install and will certainly recommend this product to anyone looking to secure their taps.
This product was installed in fifteen minutes and works perfectly

The Guard N Lock was easy as pie to install on my faucet, and works perfectly. Now my faucet is no longer being used by anyone but me. My last water bill shows my water use has gone back down to normal volume. The product will pay for itself within a few months.
Easy to Install,
We had a few neighbors that we're stealing our water so we decided to give this item a try. We love it! So easy to install and it has paid for itself in the money we have saved in our water bills. Highly recommended !!
Easy to Install,
no more water theft
This outside faucet handle lock replaces the existing handle. In my case, the existing screw on my faucet knob is frozen, will not unscrew despite using WD 40, PB blaster, and manual force. Therefore, I could not install this product. Before buying this device, be sure that your faucet handle retaining screw can be removed.
useless if faucet handle can't be removed
This product looks nice and works great when you first get it but the magnetic mechanism stop working after a few months and you're left with a faucet you can't use. Do not buy this buy something without the magnetic mechanism.
Can't water thief just buy one of these to get the key?

If this is the case, then not very smart to have all keys as universal keys. The key didn't look like a normal key with many grooves to make a key unique. This key just looks like a thin line in the center and both keys looked identical.
I have a newer faucet with the anti-siphon valve on top and this cannot be readily installed on that type of faucet. I will be returning it.It seemed more complicated to install than it should be but it has pictures along with the installation instructions which is very helpful.
BUYER BEWARE! I've had this lock on my outdoor faucet for 2 years and I went to take it off this week and lock will not come off. I sprayed WD40, I have *no* adhesive, it just spins even with the key inserted.
