Installed this in my guest bathroom over 35 year old marble tile that was set in cement. The old floor was level with the foundation so there were no height issues. I scuffed the old floor and used Versabond thinset to adhere the tiles.Since this tile has a 3D, pitted effect, it actually looks like stone. I laid it out in a 'hopscotch' pattern using 12" x 12" and 4" x 4" tiles. There were no problems with setting the tiles, and out of 6 boxes, only 4 tiles were damaged/unusable. I used 'Haystack' for the grout color. Overall, I'm very happy with the way it came out, and it made a HUGE difference in the room (See photo).
My 40 year-old bathroom had carpet in the powder room side and crumbling mosaic tile in the wet side. This MARAZZI Montagna Belluno 12 in. x 12 in. Porcelain Rustic Floor tile is GORGEOUS! I chose also the 3 x 12 bullnose tile and Haystack colored grout. My tile installer did a great job with the diamond pattern layout. The neighbors are jealous ;-)
Used this tile in my master bathroom for the countertop. It is easy to work with, looks beautiful and is very durable. Paired it with white sinks, brushed nickle faucets, and a glass and stone mosaic tile for the backsplash. Love it!
I purchased this tile with stars in my eyes, draging my husband to the check out. We had no previous tile knowledge. The fine folks at home depoe armed us with all the supplies we would need including "Do it yourself information sheets". After procrastonating almost a year we dug in one friday evening. The ease of instalation was shocking. This tile cut beautifully and was installed in no time. Monday morning I stood in my tiled kitchen feeling like I was in someone elses home. You really cant go wrong with this tile. The results are beautiful. If a auto mechanic and home maker can instal them anyone can.
I installed this tile's next lighter color (cortina) in 2 of our previous house's bathrooms' floors & on our current basement bathroom's shower walls and floor, and I installed this tile on the floor in our current house's high end basement finish. I couldn't find a tile as nice as this at triple the cost! It looks like natural stone, is extremely durable, and due to the variation in color, it can be covered in dirt, crumbs etc & you can't tell! Everyone absolutely loves it & would have no idea of its low cost compared to many others at tile shops. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a high end look at an economical price & will use this tile for any future tile jobs I ever do. This tile is "the bomb"!!!
I bought 480 sq. ft. of this tile online (great free shipping!) and had it laid in my kitchen and connecting laundry room. It is beautiful, seems amazingly durable -- out of 32 cases, not one broken tile -- and every time I walk in my kitchen, I start smiling. The color variation gives it a rich, sophisticated look, and the earth tones are varied enough that I couldn't imagine it not flattering any wood tone of cabinet. We will happily use the same tile in both of our bathrooms in the future. As a side note, I also used the Haystack color of grout, and found that it dried lighter than the picture on the bag indicated, but it still blended beautifully with the tile and is still dark enough that I do not foresee cleaning to be an issue. If you like this tile, buy it!
Absolutely love these tiles! Mixed them with a nice mild oatmeal-colored tile to break it up. They are in our living area and dining room. Love the patterns in them and how they give us a natural "stone" look! We decided on these after we discovered NO hardwood or laminate flooring would stand up to our two 100-plus pound dogs and water from our hot tub deck. So glad we chose these. Easy to clean too. I sealed the grout in between and so far it has stayed a nice bright white. They compliment the wooden ship lap "log cabin" look we were going for on our walls. Our professional that we hired put down backerboard and most of this tile went down in one day.
High Quality of Material,
Easy to Clean,
Easy to Install,
Looks High End
I used the 12 x 12 Belluno tile for the bathroom floor with a pattern of 6 x 6 Lugano in front of a whirlpool tub. For the tub deck and surround, I used the 6 x 6 Lugano with accent pieces of 6 x 6 Belluno. This tile is absolutely beautiful. The entire project gave me a wonderful new bathroom that looks like it costs thousands. I would recommend any of these tiles in any color to anyone!
