Yes, it's pricey. But well worth it if you want to make a "WOW" impact. I used it to freshen up the kitchen and bathroom walls in a 30-year old motorhome and it's probably my favorite part of the entire remodel.I'll have to admit that I was quite dismayed when it arrived in a flat manila envelope. My first thought was "THIS is what I get for $150?) But once it was on the wall, I loved it.A little tricky to install at first, since the instructions aren't the best, (and my walls weren't squared up) but if you match up the grout lines, it ends up looking great.

be careful! it does tear pretty easily
