A:  By sliding the black slider. First time was very hard to slide. After that it is easy

A:  With a little difficult, push the black piece to the right, but no too much, only a little move.

A:  There is a pin on either side of the latch holding the case closed. You have to cut these off first. I guess they are to keep people from opening the case and taking stuff out of it.

A:  They have monkeys open it. I used a monkey. Seriously though, I know it was challenging to open because my daughter was complaining about it. She got it open but I wasn't paying attention.

A:  T4, T5, T6, T8, & T10. It would have been nice if the ad told you what sizes were in there. Luckily I didn't need any torx, just the I-phone pentalobe driver, so those sizes weren't as important for me.

A:  According to the label on the back of the case, the torx bit sizes are T4, T5, T6, T8, and T10.

A:  No. I had to buy it on-line, but I picked it up in the store and saved the shipping charges.
