Q:We have a 4 year old and an 18mo child. Would this fence charger cause serious injury or death if one of them touched it? Obviously we would not allow them to touch it and would unplug it when we are outside. I cannot think of a scenario where they would have the opportunity to touch it but if they did, how much damage would it cause?
We currently have a fence charger that has an output of 2000v but it does not phase our dogs. We need a stronger fence but I will not jeopardize the safety of our children to keep our dogs in our yard.
