A:  Yes you can adjust it by turning the knob to allow tilt

A:  There is a large knob under the seat that probably would give me more of a tilt but I keep it very tight so I have back support while working at my desk. It's a great chair and is very comfortable for my desk. It's easy to keep clean and works well but as for tilting back I'd suggest that you re-read the product description and specifications to see if it mentions tilting. I'm very happy with my chair for my home office and I'd buy it again.

A:  Yes The lever on the side pulls out slightly to let it lean back or pushed in to maintain its position without leaning back.

A:  For what it's worth, this appears to be "Bonded" leather as explained directly on Z-Design's website https://www.z-linedesigns.com/products/executive-chair-1 . I know the frustration people are going through when asking this question. It does not seem right that they can mislead and call bonded, eco, or softhread leather as "genuine/real leather," when it is only partial leather and falls apart after some average use. Complete waste of time having to open every subject line item that says "genuine/real leather," just to find out in small print description (if your lucky enough), that it's not real leather. Dang legal system; I just want to buy a leather chair already ;-)

A:  I don't think so, but really hard to tell because the material has the look and feel of real leather. I bought this chair almost a year ago, still no tears or holes in the material and all other parts still working fine and chair still looks new after everyday usage.
