A:  Yes it can however the water supply would have to come from a wall unless you have enough room on the long side to have the facet come from the floor. I would recommend having the water supply in the middle of the tub if possible with the drain at either end. It’s big enough for two people and the way I have it with the faucet at the end one person has to move the faucet out of the way. And if it’s just one person in the tub you have to scoot up in order to adjust the water or temperature. Another thing to consider is cleaning and maintenance. It’s acrylic so no abrasive cleanser or scrub pads and bubble bath soap that have certain types of coloring can stain.
