A:  Yes I believe it will. The key is that it matches the gas valve. When I looked it up I get both 982 and 9822 as being the same 9822 means n.g. and 9821 is propane. I haven't been able to buy one yet already converted from ng to propane. Williams sells to a lot of companies and some still have outdated #s. The conversion kit # is 8908. If it has that # in it, it should work. It is a little tricky to convert, so I hope you have some mechanical ability. Good luck.
