A:  I cannot see the exact model number of hte product from this portal, but that model actually comes with a standing pilot and intermittent ignition option.

    A:  The "Hot stuff" is all enclosed in the unit. The outside gets warm but i doubt you could burn yourself.

      A:  It is warm, but won’t burn you. Can’t tell you actually the temp of outside of unit. Burner is enclosed, shell is insulated from burners.

        A:  Our heaters are designed to heat entire rooms and in order to do that the outlet area can become quite hot and yes you can get burned if you touch those areas. I can say that all our products are CSA tested and rated for safety with the consumer in mind.

          A:  My furnace came with a regular wall outlet plug and It's plugged into a standard 110/15 wall outlet. I've had zero problems with this setup.
