A:  Great question. First, remove the hanging bar from the top shelf. Next, remove the top shelf by slightly tapping on each corner in an upward direction to loosen it up. Next, unsnap the sleeves from the poles. Disconnect the top poles and bottom poles by unscrewing the poles from each other. Take the bottom shelf off by slightly tapping on each corner in an upward direction. Finally, remove the wheels by unscrewing them from the bottom poles. Easy peasy.

A:  I always use a rubber mallet to tap upwards and dislodge the shelf corners from the pole sleeves to giggle it free.
