      Q:Several days after installation, one of the side panels fell off. After positioning and pressing into place, it has fallen off again. What is causing this to happen and what can be done to keep it permanently in place?

      A:  I am sorry the adhesive did not hold. Please call our Customer Service @ 1-800-728-2164 and they would be happy to send additional adhesive out for you. It is very important to press the adhesive down for a full 15 seconds to activate the glue for all 4 pieces once put on the plaque & again once you put the plaque on the mailbox.

        Q:Is there a decorative post cuff available for this? I only see one for the Balmoral mailbox. If so, can a link please be shared?

        A:  We do have a Cascade Post Cuff for the Superior Streetside Mailbox. I am not finding it offered on Home Depot's site. You may try doing a google search to see who is selling it.

          A:  This package includes the mailbox, post, post brackets, post finial and an order form to send in to get the 2 personalized side plaques. The post cuff is not included but can be purchased seperately.

            Q:Would the Gibraltar 23 in. Anchor Post Accessory Kit work with this? The length below and above the ground for with the Gibraltar 23 in. Anchor Post than whats in the instructions. But Home Depot shows that its usually bought together with this whitehall post
