      Q:can the letters/characters for Line 2 have lower case letters? or are they all upper case letters (i.e., all capitalized) Is "Casablanca Pl" possible? or is it only "CASABLANCA PL)

      A:  The lettering will be all capitals max of 11 characters/spaces on the 2nd line for the street name

                  A:  when you are on the page of the plaque you wish to order, scroll down to the Product Overview. On the right side there is a box with Info & Guides at the top. The line under that is in blue and reads: Instructions / Assembly click on that & it will pull up the order form with instructions on the bottom on how to send/submit order form
