Q:When the stove is off why does the burner appear that it's trying to turn , keeps clicking
by|Mar 7, 2017

Answer This Question
A: Joe, the most common reason your Range will click is there is moisture between the igniter and the cap, and this is make the igniter ‘sense’ it should be lighting. Make sure the cap is dry, and ensure not boil over, water, or other liquid is around the burner area. This should stop the clicking sounds. Should I continue, you are welcome to contact the manufacturer for help.

Q:Is the glass/front of the oven hot to the touch when the oven is on? Also, is the oven gas or electric?

Answer This Question
A: Snicks,
The Gas Range will operate the burners and oven with gas. The glass on the front of the oven door when the oven is on has a possibility of getting hot. It would not be ideal to touch the glass when the oven is in use. Thank you for viewing this Whirlpool home appliance.
