    A:  This shade can be used with a 2 1/4" fitter fixture. The type of light bulb to be used will need to be compatible with the light fixture.

                      A:  They are frosted but they look so bright when the light bulbs are on and the frosted glass doesn't cause a glare on your eyes with the brightness.
