A:  Thank you for your question. This model will only operate at high speed when operated without the included wall control or without an alternate speed switch rated for use with ceiling fans. A qualified person should do the installation in this manner in accordance with the local building code. Fan-rated wall controls provide built-in protection from voltage spikes that may negatively impact the fan motor. For proper operation, the installer must ensure the correct/consistent 120V AC power is being supplied to the fan at all times. The included wall control provides built-in protection from voltage spikes.

A:  Thank you for your question. Our 7812700 Industrial-style ceiling fan comes with an offset 5-speed wall remote control. You can also use our 7787200 ceiling fan wall control item 7787200 ceiling to operate one fan. This will change the fan from a 5-speed fan to a 4-speed fan. The included wall control is rated for use with only fan and each fan should be installed and wired to its own wall control. A:  Thank you for your question. Our 7840900 is a J-hook installation (bracket) and you are not able to use any type of remote control with this fan as a receiver cannot be installed with this type of mounting bracket.

In order to operate multiple Industrial style 7861400 ceiling fans on a single control, you would need to confirm with the control manufacturer that this control is designed for use with AC motor fans and you will need to confirm amp rating based on the total number of fans connected to one control. If this wall control meets these conditions and your installer ensures all wiring and electrical connections meet code, they should be able good to use this controller.
