Q:What exactly do you mean by "composite steel" rivets (stainless?) and are they equally as corrosion resistant as the aluminum for coastal environments?

A:  Model # 3220, rivets are not stainless steel. Any aluminum can be subject to oxidation.

              A:  Yes all stages over 12'' width will have the double rung, this stage has a load rating of 500 pounds. be sure to check every stage as the load ratings change with model numbers.
