A: Hi Walt, from what you have described it sounds like the safety device within the regulator has been activated. To reset this safety feature and have you grill get up to the proper temperature, we would advise closing tank entirely and checking that all the burners are set to the off position. Then, you can slowly open the valve on the tank and wait 30-60 seconds before lighting the grill. This allows the gas pressure to equalize within the lines and should fix the issue. If you continue to have any trouble, please reach out to us at reviews@weberstephen.com and we would be happy to help. Thanks!

A: Hi George, typically, a standard 20 lb LP tank will last about 18 to 20 hours, with normal usage of the grill. With all 6 burners on high, you could expect that to be closer to 15 to 18 hours, however, many variables can effect the exact length of time. Thanks!

A: I can't answer that because we use it mostly with 2-3 burners. When mixed grilling for 8 people and with grilled corn, it gets the full 6 burners.
You can throttle the burners down and indirectly cook at lower temps. It has great flexibility when you need it. Keep an extra tank handy or hook it up to the house system. The best grill that I have ever owned for less than half the price of previous cookers...

A: Not for this model

A: I don't believe so. Didn't notice any pilot holes that would accommodate doors and/or the necessary hardware to install them when I assembled mine. The lack of doors was a big consideration for me before I bought this grill... but I have to say, I don't miss them now that I have this model. The only thing I store underneath is my grill brush, anyway, so I don't miss having "storage" space, honestly. That said, I think Weber offers an "all-stainless" version of this grill and it's enclosed with doors but I opted to save $600 by going with this model. The stainless version is sleek, but nothing I would normally store under a grill is worth that kind of dough :)

A: Not for this model. A different model does have doors. I like doors but for the 6 burners, I gave them up.

A: Hi, we do not have doors available for this model, however, our Genesis II LX 640 does feature an enclosed cart design. A: I am a consumer that purchased a six burner grill. Your question needs to be directed to Home Depot, not a consumer. If it makes a difference, we replaced a unit that cost more than twice the cost of this unit, which a far superior design and better performance with this Weber. Buy it from Home Depot, and don't look back.
