Q:I need 13"W X 18"L X 1". Will it adjust to that ? I bought one at Home Depot many years ago. It was a pet filter that looks like this one. It lasted for years. Then I started buying them at Filter Buy. Filters were OK, but their costs are over the roof!

Answer This Question
A: You can adjust our Web Eco Plus filter to a 13x18x1. But the pre-drilled holes on the frame only allow the filter to go down to a 14.
You would have to be able to drill your own hole to adjust it into a 13. Thanks

Answer This Question
A: I take it apart and run the filter under running water until it rinses clean, then air dry everything, put back together, It's not difficult to do. Another way I have used is take it outside and just wash it off using a water hose, air dry and then re-install.

A: Hello,
After you remove the filter from your system, use a hose or shower attachment to spray into the side that was facing your blower motor.
Then turn your filter over and spray out the intake side. Shake out the excess water and lay the filter flat to dry. Make sure you dry your
filter somewhere out of the direct Sun light. You can place the filter back into your system if it is still damp just not dripping wet. Thanks
