A:  You will need to remove the old shower head and remove all pipe tape. No special tools are required for installation. If you need help with installing your shower head, please give us a call at 1-800-525-2774.

A:  I just unscrewed my old shower head and screwed on the new Waterpik. You may need plumber’s tape but I did not. I have put this Waterpik shower head in all of my bathrooms.

A:  Just screws on like any other shower head. Remove the existing shower head and replace it with this one. This is the third one I have purchased in 12 years. Go this one for my son so I can have one like home when I visit.

A:  is the shower-head turn on ??? does water come out before you installed shower-head???

A:  There is a filter inside the connector, remove the shower head and clean the filter.

A:  We are sorry that you are having issues with the pressure of your showerhead. The difficulty described indicates that an extra washer may be lodged in your j-pipe from the previous showerhead. Please ensure that the washer from the old shower is not connected to the pipe. Use a thin utensil to check inside the pipe for washers, such as a pencil or screw driver. Do not use your fingers. A:  I would not know how you would put a water filter on it. This is just a shower head.

A:  We cannot guarantee that a water filter will work with this unit. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the water filter that you are interested in for compatibility questions.

A:  I've used Aquasana chlorine filter for 15+ years. Showerhead fits onto it perfectly.

A:  The threads for this model are at a depth of 3/4 ". We cannot guarantee that it will fit any filter.

A:  The hose is made of sturdy rubber and is very flexible.

A:  The flexible hose looks like a rubber-coated metal and flexible hose. It bends easily into any configuration you need. It adjusts easily for tall or short people, or for washing your hair (high) and and the rest of your body (low). I think it is manufactured as a metal flexible hose with a rubber coating. A:  I love this shower head. I have bought for every home I've lived in for the past 15 years. I like all of the different setting sand I love the way you can easily adjust the height on it. It works way better than the hand held shower heads that slide up and down. Those always seem to quit working after a while. This one always stays where you put it. No matter how many times you move it.

A:  It was better in white...I agree. Why did they change it? Who knows what goes on over a 3 martini lunch! And it isn't chrome...it's gray! But it is still the same...easy to install, flexible hose and seems to work the same. Only place I've found it is online and ship to the store. If you hate it, take it back!

A:  The message is not as good as the old one, I have no idea why they reduced it. I would use your old one until the hose breaks. Then replace it with the new model the hose construction on the new one is good
