A:  The manufacture did seal the counter top when it was finished. However, we do not know when did the vanity is finished, it might be in the warehouse over 6 months, waiting to be shipped. In this case, we do recommend the customer do the sealing if he/she wants.

A:  The vanity is pre-assembled in one whole unit (Countertop, cabinet and sink) and it cannot be replaced separately.

A:  The shelf height is adjustable. There is a removal section from the back of the shelf that you can take out to accommodate your plumbing. If that does not suffice, then you can widen the opening by cutting the shelf, or you can just remove the shelf all together.

It is made of plywood so you could cut it to fit if you want to. There is a small cut out on the shelf already but not big enough to fit around my pipes.
