    A:  It depends on how hady you are. Disconnect power cord. Remove 2 screws, open the cover, and you should have access to a switch. I think you can order some similar from one of electronic components catalog - Mouser, Digi Key, Newark,...Pay attention to order a switch with a signal lamp. Remove the old switch and place a new one - it should be either soldered or have a quick disconnect contacts. Assemble everything back and re-connect power.

      A:  Unfortunately it only comes in chrome and satin nickel finishes. In addition, it is only available through www.homedepot.com and not in any stores.
