A: Push the blade of the floor scraper under the tile to pull it up. Scrape away any residual adhesive that remains on the subfloor with the floor scraper. If the tile is difficult to remove, warm it with the hair dryer and use the putty knife to loosen it.

A: Watch the video and it truly is that easy to cut and trim. I found them very easy to work with. My sink edge is not exactly level and had to tile around a soffit box. Both were very easy.

A: I think it depends on the thickness of the existing tile and if the edges show. The adhesive is super strong and would definitely work over existing ceramic tile but the "layering" might show if you have a side view of your tile showing anywhere. There is a product that's fantastic for ugly existing tile though.
