I am assuming when you ordered you were billed for three so being short two now, then since short tried again and still just got one set. Why on earth you got one odd man out who knows. But say "I ordered twice, got one set each time. So you need four now, and could they, customer service, send you four, I would remind them this is a set, so you are asking for the 4 sets to be sent, a total of 8. But stick with four, when you say seven that is too confusing. I know, but break it down and just say four. Why on earth you got transferred is wierd, They should just reorder four sets for you since you have been charged for that. If that order four, then you should get what you paid for. Don't even mention the spare. Sounds like you got a newbie, any time I have called they called the company and asked questions for me, and put me on hold, came back with the answer. What they did to you should not have happened. I hope this works. Just say, I am four short , I paid for them, and I want them sent, and don't mention the set part . You should get then 8 sent. A:  Why yes, and they are white in the center and may burn your tongue. So, I would try Krispy Kreme instead. They do look like one, don't they.

A:  Tea light candles in the metal cups. Buy a lot of them.

A:  These are indeed made for real candles. If you wanted to use a small votive you could do that too. But the idea is the heat from the candle emits the "good vibes' from the salt. Honestly I did keep one burning when I was reading and it seemed to be calming. They is something that comes from the warmth to the salt candle. I used natural beeswax small votive candles , and it is a warm glow. Sometimes though lighting it darkened the holder and charred it black. I found just taking some water I could wipe it off easily.

A:  use tealights in a metal base.

A:  I use battery operated votives, but there are other types with metal cup bases that would work.

A:  You can use either but its made for tea light candles. The wax burns away.When the candle burns out you just turn the holder over and the metal piece just falls out and you put in a new tea light.

A:  I also only got 1 candle holder. I spoke to the associate at the store when I picked it up, she called and we worked it out, I am now buying another one! I highly suggest calling customer service for 2 reasons- 1) They need to be made aware of this issue so it can be addressed with the manufacturer and 2) Home Depot with take care of you, possibly in the form of a discount or better.
