A:  I'm very sorry to hear that. The product itself is nice in my experience but if the fasteners where not correct they may have rusted or snapped and caused the fail that you are talking about. To answer your question you will have to dig it out. If the product is not too damaged you could possibly reinstall it with appropriate fasteners and reuse it. Sight unseen I can't say. Good luck.

Q:Hey Bilco, really? An 3 dimensional product and you're only giving us 2 of the dimensions? And, if you can come up with the 3rd dimension, could you also think to specify which number goes in which direction?
