Q:How do you get parts for this ? It has been installed for about a month and already drips from the handle when water is on.

    A:  Hi Kent! Our Olus single handle wall mount bathroom faucet can be connected directly to the hot and cold water piping but we would recommend to install shut off valves for emergency purposes.         A:  Hi Cynthia! It is recommended that on and off valves be installed to the water lines of any bathroom faucet and we would advise to do so with our faucet as well. Please consult with a plumber to get a better idea of how and where it would be set up. - Jess, Vigo Product Support

          Q:what are the minimum and maximum distances of the valve to finished wall for the spout to clear properly leaving room for cover plate?

          A:  Thank you for your inquiry spout. For the proper installation of the VIGO Olus VG05001 wall mount faucet, the distance between the rear of the valve housing to the finished wall is about 1 3/4". This is to take into account 1/4" backerboard and 1/4" tile.
