Q:I purchased this item in July of 2014 and picked it up fully assembled. No manual was with this item when it was picked up. Since that time the mechanism for the foot rest lock/release has failed and I am tying to see exactly how this is supposed to work. Please advise if you can send me the manual for the CM-RC6959-DK.
