Q:I was told by a home depot associate that the perforated screening would be permanent and not screwed in which was a feature that I wanted. Is this true or is it an option to do so?

          Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for your interest in our Security Doors. In some models the perforated screen is welded in place on the door. In the Pima, the perforated screen is held in place with screws and is therefore removable. I hope this information is helpful for you.

A:  Hi Lee. Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Yes the screen is removable. It is 3 pieces that make up the full screen. A screen for the top, a screen for the bottom, and a smaller screen for the middle. The screen color is black and glass is available through the vendor. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot.
