    Q:I just installed this door but the paint is scratched in places and it did not come with door handles. Can someone tell me where I can buy the correct touchup paint and correct door handles please? I looked at the Unique Home Designs website but could not find either product.

We would suggest visiting your local Home Depot and working with an in-store associate to determine if your doors are Unique Home Designs brand. If so, they can help you order the correct screen inserts via special order if they are available for your door model. Not all of our door models have a screen insert capability.                     Q:Hello, for this door there is a comment that the insect screen panel and glass interchangeable panel are only available for the black frame. Is this correct? Why would this not be available for the other colors? Thank You Miguel

                    A:  Miguel, thank you for your interest in our Paladin Security Door. The interchangeable insect and glass panels come with all of the color selections of the Paladin door. The small, thin frame that holds the glass and insect screen on the back of the door, however, is a black color. This may be what the user is referring to in their review.
